There are several ways to unsubscribe: Click on this link, it should send a message to the correct place for you. Just click on send. bowel cleanse-unsubscribeegroups If that doesn't work, then go to this page bowel cleanse on this page on the right side it should give you the option of unsubscribing. Just click on it. IF that doesn't work, then your last choice is to write to bowel cleanse-owneregroups and ask them to manually remove you from the list. These are the only ways I know of to get off the list. Sending messages to bowel cleanseegroups won't do it.
