Guest guest
Today my wife and I had lunch at the Pizza Party in Santa Clara with great success and no adverse effect. When you order your pizza you need to inform the person at the counter that you are very sensitive to flour and their regular pizza. Ask for the following:Gluten Free Crust (naturally)Have them wash the grid that the pizza is assembled and baked upon. They're happy to do that, and this grid does collect flour. The counter person showed us. He also assumed that the high heat that baked the pizza would render the flour safe. We told him probably not.Have them wash the pizza wheel that cuts your pizza. Again, they are happy to do that. Basically, the restaurant want to make you happy. This restaurant just needs a little education, and it is your job as a consumer to educate them every time you go in.The pizza was delicious. This is a good place to go.Buon Appetito!Vic
