I ate at the San Mateo Melting Pot a few months ago and they were very accommodating. I was with my non-celiac husband, so they brought us separate pots so his gluteny stuff wouldn't contaminate mine. The service there is really great, too. I'm so glad to see they have an official GF menu now!
