Guest guest
Dear Dana, I have been thinking all morning about your conference question...I would love to hear Andy Cutler, Devin Houston, and others you probably have on your list....But I would also like to hear from some new folks. I have been reading about GLYCONUTRITIONALS recently. My understanding is that they are specific sugars that help cells communicate with one another. There is some research on glyconutritionals and autism, and I met a mom at a conference who wrote an article about how they helped her son lose his diagnosis. Serendipitously, my sons' aide recently put me in touch with an amazingly intelligent woman who knows a lot about glyconutritionals and believes it is the next great advance in medicine (although, of course, sugars are foods so we're not hearing much about them...) She has incredible stories about how they have helped people with cancer, autism, Down's syndrome, and even Fragile X... If you are interested in researching this, you can go to www.glycoscience.com. I have not bought any of these products yet, but I am beginning to see others asking about them on different boards. (Ambatrose is a glyconutritional). I know I sound like I'm selling them....I'm not, but they do sound like something we should look into... A shorter answer to your ending question would be - I am interested in a conference you organize!!! I greatly respect your knowledge, opinion, and life experience. Sincerely, , mom to the Spitter and the Red Kangaroo... Guest guest
, We already know know what dairy is for O's, so it doesn't matter what the milk requirements are for us O's. I think it is wonderful that they have come out with an Ezekial 4:9 cereal. As long as a person doesn't need to be 100% compliant that would probably be good for them to have for an occasional quick meal. Barley malt is neutral for Secretors and avoid for NS for O's. Barley is an avoid for O's and Lentils is an avoid for Secretors and Neutral for NS. I wish I could go to the conference. It is a bit much for me. If he ever does anything in Dallas, I'll maybe be able to get to it. conference > Hi O's ! Are any of you thinking about attending the Arizona Nutrition > conference in April...
