New Sprouts in Sunnyvale June 2

Sprouts (http://sprouts.com) is a 48-store Whole Foods-like chain out of Arizona. They are opening a new store in Sunnyvale at 111 East El Camino. I called the company and was told the store will open June 02. What is interesting about that date is that the company is having a 25%-off sale on 2000+ gluten-free items through June 02. I'm excited - check this out! I can't wait to compare prices w/ Whole Foods. I've been to a Sprouts in Tucson, AZ and Tustin, CA. The GF selection is

impressive. Their conventional vegetable selection is great and insanely

cheap. Ironically (given the name) both locations had a limited selection of

organic vegetable choices. So, perhaps not as much as we are used to here in

the Bay Area - even at Safeway.

Maybe they'll open on in SF!
