Thanks, it sounds like taste is the problem, as opposed to glutening. Will let

you all know how these are!

I have to say I bought a whole pack of the cheese kind at Costco, heated one up

and took two bites.  Thought it was gross and tried to get my kids to eat

it.  They wouldn't so I ended up throwing them all away.  These pupusas were

just thick and bland.  I know everyone is talking about them and I have been

holding back my negative opinion.

We do love the steak chili that you can find in the refridgerator section that

is clearly labeled gluten free.

Take care,

Tania

Hi,

Has anyone tried Casa pupusas? The pinto bean one appears to

be gluten free, but just wanted to check. Haven't gotten a response

to emailing the company directly.

Thanks.

Lynn

It's not the most healthy way to eat them but I fry them in a little olive oil and it makes them crispy and not too bland for my tastes. I've suggested to the company a few times that they make the curtido (cabbage salad) that usually goes with pupusas to sell as an additional item and haven't heard anything. I usually just eat them with a ton of the casa sanchez salsa piled on top. From: Galliano Gang <galliano.gang@...>Subject: Re: Re: [ ] Casa Pupusas Date: Wednesday, May 5, 2010, 9:17 PM
