Stanford Celiac Conference - Non-human primate model for gluten sensitivity

During his morning session Dr. Fasano briefly noted that there was a non-human primate model for celiac disease. I knew that transgenic mice were bread to be sensitive to wheat, but I thought we were the only primate fortunate enough to have celiac disease. Not so.
