This conference has been an invaluable source of information in the past. They have covered the latest research being done at Stanford on Celiac disease. They have also included what is happening in other countries with research. I highly encourage everyone to attend if possible. Whole Foods Cupertino has agreed to carry our French Bread so I will let everyone know when it is available in their store. For now, it is available through our website. I also want to thank all of the vendors at the conference. I really appreciate the friendly environment where we can try each other's products and share information. I hope it was a successful event for everyone. I have requested copies of all of the presentations from the conference. I will share those if I get them. If anyone else has them, I would really appreciate copies since I did not get to attend any of the lectures.
