Stanford Conference Update

Here is more information about the Stanford Celiac Conference from the organizer, McKenna.

Dr. Gray will update us on his current research in enzyme therapy. Dr. Gray has come a long way with this research since the last conference, so his presentation will be very exciting. Other speakers include Dr. Alessio Fasano, Dr. Chaitan Khosla, and a pediatrician from Stanford hospital. We will also have two presentations by a nutritionist, a special presentation aimed at restaurant owners given by the Amici's Pizza CEO stein, and a Celiac in the News presentation. There will also be a kids group, a teenage/college age breakout session, and " office hours " with the presenting doctors. As in past conferences, there will be a vendor fair and complimentary lunch.
