Udi's blueberry muffins  (they were yummy).  I have to think that there are a few celiacs living in the village (or working at the store) to have this many great GF products. It's nice to know that if a celiac in Yosemite were to get their food swiped by a bear, they would find more than rice cakes and corn tortillas at the store to keep them happy for the rest of their trip.
