I take GlutenEase made by Enzymedica whenever I eat away from home. I

have found that when I do get symptoms, they don't last nearly as long

if I have taken the GlutenEase. (1 day rather than 3 - 4 days) For

those who are dairy sensitive, I also like their Lacto product. It

contains enzymes to help digest the milk proteins as well as the

lactose.
