Guest guest
Some websites claim Heineken beer to be technically gluten-free since it has less than 0.02% gluten content which is less than the 200 ppm defined by the World Health Organization.Has anybody tried it and see if they have a reaction? I know that "true gluten-free" should be less than 20 ppm. I am able to tolerate codex grade wheat starch which has less than 200 ppm of gluten without obvious symptoms.Would appreciate any feedback.I assume Guinness beer will never be gluten-free, right? Guest guest
If you want something similar to Guiness, try one of the darkest Green beers. BevMo sells four Greens. I saw them in a La Jolla Whole Foods, too. They're seriously good artisan-like beers.
