Guest guest
It's just something that we did from young, just a hot liquid to drink on mornings as part of breakfast instead of herbal Tea or hot chocolate.

Well it isn't necessary, but I don't know if it is good for you either. Bee

Guest guest
> > Do flax seeds have any carbs in them? > +++Hi Jeanne. No one should ever have flax seeds or any flax oil, even if they are healthy. Flax seeds are even worse than nuts to digest, and they clog up the digestive system bad! Of course any seeds must be soaked and dried first anyway. Flax seeds and products are not on my program. Fibres of all kinds are very hard on the human digestive system- see this Fibre Facts: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu3_2_2.php Bee

Guest guest
I think I remember someone here saying that they couldn't tolerate flax seeds. Last night I ate quite a few of TJs gluten free new corn crackers with onion, chive and flax seeds, and have felt terrible all day. I don't think I was glutened, its not at all the same " feeling. " Can flax seeds irritate your intestines? Thanks, Lynn
