Guest guest Posted August 11, 2006 Report Share Posted August 11, 2006 I was re-reading the requirements for the b vitamins and the requirement for b-6 is not mentioned. What a challenge trying to find vitamins without sugar, yeast ect... most of what i have been taking doesnt say that it isnot in there but after calling the customer care depts at the companies i find out that mostly all contain sugar. Is this something that i should be trying to avoid or is it such a small amount that it is not as important?
