You can get any topping you want and they make it fresh for you AND you can have a Redbridge Beer with it! I asked the waiter how they do it and he said they have a separate prep area and separate oven space along with taking extra care to ensure that their is no cross contamination. They make their dough fresh and man, I just haven't had anything quite like it.
