We used to always go to BJ's before going GF and ironically our standard order is gluten free (santa fe salad w/o tortilla strips and the berry burst hard cider) - we were never fans of their pizza as the crust was too thick but their GF pizza sounds really good. Can't wait to check it out!

Funny that this came up now because I just went there two nights ago and had their GF pizza and it was FABULOUS! You can get any topping you want and they make it fresh for you AND you can have a Redbridge Beer with it!  I asked the waiter how they do it and he said they have a separate prep area and separate oven space along with taking extra care to ensure that their is no cross contamination.  They make their dough fresh and man, I just haven't had anything quite like it.
