Applebee's Restaurant has a gluten-free menu

Applebee's has a g-f menu listed on their website (in the allergen section).

It's nice to see how they have finally come on board with the gluten-free menu

after all these years of telling us to just stay away and not eat there.

The menu is simliar to the g-f menus of " On the Border " and " Chilis. " There

are glaring problems with it (no dedicated fryer, so the buffalo chicken wings,

french fries and chips, etc. are suspect). You definitely need to ask your

pertinent questions, but at least it is a start.

Eating out is risky.
