stress and worry

Heard on the radio: A lot of us do worry unnecessarily; a study of

centenarians found that at a young age, they identified what caused the

stress in their lives and took steps to minimize it.

......and I am one of those worriers. I'd love to figure out how to cut out

this bad habit (although my mother was a very big worrier and lived to be

almost 98 without CRONing).

Unfortunately those steps are not always legal (ha).
