.. as a 30 year veteran to JRA I applaud you . You speak with such

truth and I agree 100%. JRA has made me who I am and I am ok! I was wondering

if you recieve my newsletter???? There is a section " one good thing about

arthritis " and the write up this month is about what you have said. Glad to

see someone else who feels things happen for a reason. Once again...high 5 to

you!

, LOL over looks Jewish. I'm suprised that no one's commented on

one of 's few understandable words is Lakhiam, when he clanks his glass

together with someone elses as if someone just made a toast. The only

comment I've gotten on 's looks is that they thought he and a friend of

ours child who also has Downs were on line at Mcs and a lady said " Oh

how cute, twins! " I almost died....

Living in earthquake country, I'm familiar with your nightmare. I once

momentarily lost my hearing from one. It bounced me around like a rubber

ball and tossed me down the stairs. Thought we'd been bombed. They're soooo

loud, aren't they? Glad to know you're okay, but am jealous because you get

to live in Seattle.

Stay anchored,

Hi Dominick

I have depression and OCD and am a recovering alcoholic.Todays is my second

anniversary of being sober. Over the past year or so I have been following CRON

and have slowly dropped about forty pounds. I supplement with EFA and take very

moderate exercise.

I find that my energy levels are improving and life seems worth living

Hey Group:

Per my 'Welcome Newbie' letter, I always give my best advice to 'RELAX~~let

your body adjust to the Gold. . .ENJOY~~your new life as a SURVIVOR!

As 'queen of the side effects'. . .I add my #1 experience was ignoring chest

pains. The 2xs I went to the ER, I'd had heart attacks. I now have CAD~~Coronary

Artery Disease and 2 stents. I shudder when I think of the 5xs I took Maalox and

laid down. #2 attributing shortness of breath as a side effect; I now have

COPD~~Chronic Obstruction Pulmonary Disease. #3 regarding bone pain, due to the

numerous Chronic Orthopedic illnesses that I have; I can truly say that our bug

has increases my pain level yearly. For my brother & sister survivors who

previously had no Ortho issues, I know that you are experiencing bone pain as a

side effect of our gold.

I cannot stress enough to you, if something doesn't seem right. . .it isn't

right! RUN. . .do not walk. . .do not pass Go. . .RUN to your nearest ER, PCP

office, or medical facility.

I have ALL in my prayers.

" K "

" I AIN'T FINISHED YET " !!!
