I bought it at the local health food store and thought I followed the recipe, but may have used slightly more or less than recommended of the Guar Gum. I did get a nice note from Todd indicating that different people like different brands. I think I will try it one more time with mine before I throw it out. Janet S. Guest guest
Birds: The key lime pudding is delicious. Where did you get the guar? And how closely did you follow the recipe? on 10/10/2002 4:48 PM, birdsrfun@... at birdsrfun@... wrote: > On a different topic--do different sources of Guar Gum taste differently? Guest guest
FWIW, I bought some Now brand guar to try out Warren's pudding recipes. Drywall mud was a decent description of that concoction too. I'll have to get some other brand and try it again. I'm beginning to suspect it's the Now brand and not Guar in general. birdsrfun@... on 10/11/2002 10:37:59 AM Please respond to cc: (bcc: Loveland/south/llp) Subject: [ ] Re: Key Lime Pie pudding Hi re:-do different sources of Guar Gum taste differently?
