I bought it at the local health food store and thought I followed the recipe, but may have used slightly more or less than recommended of the Guar Gum.

I did get a nice note from Todd indicating that different people like different brands. I think I will try it one more time with mine before I throw it out.

Birds: The key lime pudding is delicious. Where did you get the guar?

And how closely did you follow the recipe?

FWIW, I bought some Now brand guar to try out Warren's pudding recipes. Drywall

mud was a decent description of that concoction too. I'll have to get some

other brand and try it again. I'm beginning to suspect it's the Now brand and

not Guar in general.
