Guest guest
Hi Thin Man, and a warm welcome... You raise an excellent question which many of us have bantered about in our minds for quite awhile. ("I am interested in the issue of a minimum body fat percentage threshold below which the health benefits of CRON in the face of infection are compromised.") Anecdotal evidence is meaningless, but it does seem that some of us CRONies are never sick, while some of us are quite prone to bacterial and viral infections. I suspect the difference is less about body fat percentage "threshold" than about the differing levels of optimal nutrition amongst us. I certainly don't know this, but it's my guess. Whatever you find on this issue I certainly hope you'll report back to all of us. You would help us all. As for remaining true to the CRON lifestyle while traveling abroad--oh you poor thing! Tell you what. Hire me to come along as your personal CRON coach. You can send me ahead to each city and I'll personally arrange your menu for you as we go along. (You do know I'm kidding, right?) Jackie Onassis was famous for walking into the most fabulous restaurants in Europe and ordering "just asparagus, please." She'd also send it back if it wasn't quite right. I guess you just need to be bitchy enough! Again, welcome and thanks for delurking. Suz
