I like being devil’s advocate, so I would reply: with less libido,

closeness and emotional intimacy get to higher places, especially during sex. You

see… now it’s about closeness and emotional intimacy, and not about

sex, that is if obsessiveness or compulsiveness does not get in the way J

Well, everybody has it's own point of view about

sex. But who is in CR should know that CR decreases

libido. Women have naturally low libido, because of

lack of testosterone. And man in CR had low testosterone

too. It's easy for woman to view things in such

perspective Joanne had mentioned " sex is not only sex " .

Much more difficult is it for men (again because of

the devil's (hehehe) hormones). Some man do not folow

CR just because that. One medical, friend of mine

said to me he's not practicing CR because it will lower

his libido... Everyone has its choices... So this

is some kind of anti-marketing for CR to most of the

man...

Joanne: losing weight is not (necessarily) the goal of CR although I admit

we often confuse that. From your pictures (as well as the stats you gave) ,

you're certainly quite slim.......
