Guest guest
Usually, this type of data is reported in terms of percent by WEIGHT of a 'mouse chow' diet. I don't know what this would translate into for people. For more detail: http://health./search/healthnews?lb=s & p=id%3A31261 Here's one looking at the benefits of soy protein and flaxseed: http://health./search/healthnews?lb=s & p=id%3A932 Heintzman Farms, which promotes their golden flax seeds (disclaimer - I have no relationship with this company, although I've bought their product) recommends 1/4 cup unground seeds per day - ground just before consumption due to the rate at which the oils oxidize after grinding. This is 245 calories - 14% of your 1800 calorie budget. And yes, I realize they are promoting their product. http://www.heintzmanfarms.com/mbflax2.htm http://www.heintzmanfarms.com - calorie count and nutrient info Hope this info helps.
