S Rudek and All!

At a certain point you mentioned " carnitine et al " . I hope you don't

confuse Carnosine, a dipeptide and L carnitine, an amino acid. They have

different functions.

Anyway, I am not an MD or an expert, just read a lot and attempt to stay

disease free and happy. ( which I thankfully am!)

I take approx 1 gram carnosine on an empty stomach in the morning and again

in the afternoon. My Spanish source (mentioned in earlier posting) makes it

cheap enough. As all research says that Carnosine is remarkably non toxic, I

am trusting the science. And I periodically scavenge Pubmed for any new

research or negative reactions.

Following Halliday's experiments in Australia I am also trying it out with

PLO cream (transdermal penetration) on one hand to see if it has any topical

rejuvination effects

..

Please, take the time and read up on it, all your decisions about what you

injest or not are really important and do not take anyone else's word

without doing proper research first.

Many best wishes,

MM
