Guest guest
I recently read that blood viscosity is probably much more important that lipid factors in cardiovascular healthy. The article was about some guy who'd recently invented a lab machine to measure blood viscosity and how important that measurement might turn out to be. Up until now, there is no easy/reliable test of blood viscosity so doctors have not measured it; this may change quickly. Sorry no link; I looked on google but no obvious matches beyond approximately what you've just posted, which is related but not exactly the same thing. > > > Exercise can behave like a drug on the blood vessels, reducing the risk of > heart disease by getting the blood flowing, U.S. researchers said yesterday. .. Guest guest
This is related to the reports that those who drink more water have a lower risk of heart disease. More water, lower blood viscosity.
