I recently read that blood viscosity is probably much more important

that lipid factors in cardiovascular healthy. The article was about

some guy who'd recently invented a lab machine to measure blood

viscosity and how important that measurement might turn out to be.

Up until now, there is no easy/reliable test of blood viscosity so

doctors have not measured it; this may change quickly. Sorry no

link; I looked on google but no obvious matches beyond approximately

what you've just posted, which is related but not exactly the same

thing.

This is related to the reports that those who drink more water have a

lower risk of heart disease. More water, lower blood viscosity.
