CRON for the lazy isn't necessarily a bad thing but even the

extremely disciplined will likely benefit from the discovery of CRON

mimetics. CRON mimetics are all a good thing IMO as they will

probably initially augment the effects of CRON and eventually far

surpass it - to achieve unheard of lifespans. Whether this will

happen or not in our lifetimes though .... that's why Walford

entitled a chapter in maximum lifespan " CR now "
