Guest guest Posted October 12, 2002 Report Share Posted October 12, 2002 Hi all, I just received my guar and cellulose from Warren (via my sister who pilfered some and ended up scarfing down quarts of choco pudding) I ripped it open and made a huge batch which simply gets better each day in the refrigerator. I made it with quite a bit more chocolate than he recommended and love the rich creamy taste. This first try was with water and xylitol, but next time I'll do it with milk or kefir. And by the way, Kefir is a HUGE discovery for me. I am addicted to the stuff. In Europe, bitter and sour tastes are more common, so I found it quite bland compared to a lot of the posts on this list.
