Hi, Im the one with a really bad candida infection that has basically

had me homebound for over a year. Like I told you before, right now I

am able to tolerate only brussel sprouts and asparagus steamed with

spring water, and chicken and trout baked plain. I have been eating

that for almost a year, and every month or so I will try something

new like steamed broccoli or spinach.

Well, I just tried the broccoli again a few days ago and it seemed

like it might be ok this time after a couple of small doses over a

few days with no problems. Then I started including more in my meals

and my condition gradually worsened again and had to stop eatin it

yesterday. It gradually caused more gas, fatigue, diahreah, and

general illness like bad cold like symptoms that kept getting worse.

As well as a yeast or candida to start growing around my anus, and my

stool became discolored again, or rather lack of color. It gets this

way when my candida is flourishing and stealing my nutrients.

Why can I not tolerate simple, supposedly safe foods? I am at a total

loss Bee? I want to get healthy enough to take my baby girl out for

nature walks and stuff but this is so disheartening sometime. Im not

sure where to go food wise from here. Right now I am doing raw garlic

3 to 4 times day. I just started doing fish oil which I think is

doing well also. I tried eggs last month, and got real sick in the

same manner only over a few hours and not days, and much worse. Tried

Ghee last month and it didnt do so well at first but I will try again

soon maybe.

Can offer any advice, or at least encouragement, I could really

really use it. In any event, I thank you and thank the Lord for this

site. It has take a lot of the mental stress of dealing with this

alone out of my days. :)
