Hi everyone

I have been a lurker for a long time and couldnt help replying to this one. I have suffered frequent UTI's many of which in the few years didnt appear to have any "culturable" infection apparent (which I think was developing into a chronic irritation) . Happily I now control it well (last 9 months) with frequent consumption of fresh blueberries and some dried cranberries. Bliss! No unnecessary visits to doctors and no antibiotics and no pain etc in bladder.

Robyn: what a wonderful story!! I too used to have these frequently. Since

I've been on CR (three years in May), no problems. Do you also eat yogurt?

Thanks for speaking up about this. I'm sure you've helped others as these

infections are so common in women.
