Guest guest
The link suggests that fish is " better " than other lean protein, due to its EPA and DHA boosting properties. While EPA's and DHA's good effects on ad-lib humans is beyond most doubt, per MiFRAA ( Rae's Fish Oil Accelerated Aging hypothesis) this might not be a good idea for those of us that plan on extreme life-extension (it accelerates aging; so it effectively squares the curve and shortens it a bit). Tongue in cheek: those that want to die earlier can eat all the fish they like. I do (not want to die earlier... but I do eat fish). Guest guest
I think there's a danger here in relying on someone's " hypothesis " (a;though I'm not familiar with it, by definition a hypothesis is an " unproven " theory). You can hypothesis but that's not science. Also you can drive yourself nuts worrying about such stuff. I refuse to. Mental health counts too. on 3/19/2003 2:34 PM, Micky Snir at mickys@... wrote: > While EPA's and DHA's good effects > on ad-lib humans is beyond most doubt, per MiFRAA ( Rae's Fish > Oil Accelerated Aging hypothesis) this might not be a good idea for > those of us that plan on extreme life-extension
