Jef: thanks for the intro. It's nice to know a bit about you.

Sounds like you think we should aim for living " forever " . What about

overpopulation? Do we stop reproducing? Do we start populating other

planets? Won't we run out of space and resources if we live lots longer

and keep having young'uns???

You can always commit suicide (1) if you feel you are overpopulating

something :-)

I'd rather have the option whether to commit or not.

(1) I read in Discover magazine that there's a " machine " that can

convert a human being into about 35 pounds of oil (and some minerals and

water), with practically no pollution :-)

Too bad we pollute while growing... Who were the test subjects for that

machine?

:-)

It can turn " junk " into oil, namely: tires, plastic bottles, animal

parts etc., and most of man " made " pollutants.

They mentioned a human as a humorous note, extrapolating from the

animal-parts results.
