A short while ago, while discussing constipation, we recommended prunes.

Yet another reason to eat prunes (personally I luv 'em). If you look at the

file referenced below, you'll see (as Iris points out) that prunes is far

and superior in antioxidants to other foods. The next food (#2 ) is raisins

with about 1/2 the benefit.
