The combination of an extremely low calorie diet with veganism seems particularly unwise.
Guest guest
> 900 calories in way too low. That is dangerous. One can not get enough nutrients. TRue. If you had 9 years old and have decided to do that (what ironically you would never decide IMO, hehehe, because most children I talk too, are despearated to grow up!!) You will have *all* of my approval and suport. But you will need to take only suplements and eat nonfood things, like celulose, vegetal fiber and sucralose, aspartame and other chemicals to stand that diet all life long Without despleasant feelings. So give up this idea. The RMR of a human being (the mininum to mantain the vital systems working) is 40*24 = 960 kcal. So... for an non CR adult this idea of 900 kcal, do not apply!... DON'T DO IT AS A CR DIET!!! And, unless you are MORBIDLY OVERWEIGHTED DON'T DO IT!!! -- Gandhi. __________________________________________________________________________ E-mail Premium BOL Antivírus, anti-spam e até 100 MB de espaço.
