The only thing you need to have is discipline and will power to support hunger of the next tree days (which I fell too). It's up to you to decide. To me is easy to get back. But for others are almost impossible. The last week I was eating in the range 1300-1500 kcal/day. Yeasterday I eat 3000 and today I already ate 2300 kcal, but in 1st january I will get back to CR of 1500, no matter How HUNGER I FEEL. I will suffer a little, but to cross the bridge of happiness sometimes you need to sacrifice yourself. I experienced it too, with sleeping pills and with overeating. I think the mechanisms of the brain are similar to both, that is, insulin increases uptake of triptophan by neurons, wich makes you more happy, because tryptophan is converted to serotonin. So do not overeat, or when start CR again do it slowly. The same applies to benzodiazepines (sleeping pills) stop taking it slowly to not suffer the rebound... -- Gandhi __________________________________________________________________________ Venha para a VilaBOL!
