Kyber: CRON significantly reduces aging IN LAB MICE. There was also one

study on dogs with the same results. Presently there are ongoing studies on

primates at NIH. These primate studies look very promising but to my

knowledge they are not complete. So at this point, you pay your money (or

in this case you reduce your calories) and you take your chances.

OTOH there are plenty of us that can attest to better quality of life/better

health since we began (even if we can't say we'll all live to be 140). See

the Database section (thanks Pat!) for several cronies results on their

health.
