Hi Kyber: you make a good point. If our risk is already reduced will one

or two drinks a day make our risks even lower? BTW for teetollers and

non-drinkers (or those who just don't want to add extra calories from

alcohol) I remember reading that red grapes confer the same benefits as

wine. Actually I eat grapes AND have about a glass of wine a day.

I think the jury's still out on whether it's any alcohol or not (although I

did see the recent article linking ANY kind of alcoholic beverage to

benefits). The French Paradox (linked to wine) and all that.......
