Guest guest
Had my cholesterol checked a week ago and here are my numbers (I have been on CRON since May of 2001). Total: 184, LDL: 122, HDL: 42, Triglycerides: 98, Glucose: 86. This is hte first time I have ever had all my numbers reported as normal. From three years ago my total Chol is down from 204, HDL up from 30, triglycerides down from 140, glucose down from 105. The HDL is what I am most happy about as that has been dropping every year from a high in 1994 of 40 (when I was 50 lbs heavier and eating burgers andfries every day for lunch). What I have done different the past year to boost the HDL is eat a handfull of nuts to my CRON diet (mostly Almonds and one Brazilian nut).
