There's a scheme called ABCDE (just type ABCDE on

Google). ABCDE = Anabolic Burst Cicle of Diet and

Exercise. It consists basically of the folowing:

Procedure ABCDE:

Repeat

Eat AD-Libitum and exercise one Day = Sundae (for ex.)

Fast the other day = Mondae (for ex.)

Eat 1100 kcal in Tuesday

Eat 1100 kcal in Wed

Eat 1100 kcal in Thu

Eat 1100 kcal in Fri

Eat 1100 kcal in Sat

Until you die.

Simple and practical type of CR that had shown to

increase muscle mass and imune function in humans.

In my opinion this is psicologically better type of

CR...
