Hello everyone,

I'm still confused!!! CRON is eating less calories and cutting out,

fats, sugars and other things. Is this like heading toward a

vegetarian diet and intaking less calories? Or does this program mean

to cut calories and still have what you want to eat? It's hard for me

to explain. If I wanted to eat for example, a 200 cal breakfast and a

500 cal lunch and a 500 cal dinner is this a cron program? Breakfast

would be fried eggs, toast and coffee, Lunch a slice of pizza with a

diet pepsi and Dinner Minestronie soup and french bread on the side.

I've been reading a vegetarian cookbook that says to have beans

cooked together with pasta or rice is this ok? I'm sorry if this

sounds like dumb ??? I don't have the book to read and I'm trying to

find all of the information through my computer. Thanks......liko
