Folks: I apologize for two or three posts recently such as the one below

which are spam. As some of the veterans know, the list used to be moderated

to prevent this sort of thing from happening. However a number of months

ago we switched to " unmoderated " with the spammers sometimes getting through

as a result. I (and the other moderators who help me run the list) are now

filtering any new members so that we can enjoy our list without (hopefully)

spam infiltrating. Occasionally though, we're fooled and some may get

through.
