Stay tuned J If you have no problem with hunger and caloric intake, then I would say you’re doing fine. In fact, you’re doing roughly what I used to do, only I was hungry and over-eating about twice a week… Micky. P.S. sugar is bad for you. You can always get the same sugar(s) from vegetables and fruit. I do prefer veggies to fruit. Actually I am weaned from sweet tastes of any sort and actually have to remind myself to eat enough fruit.
