Guest guest
, Cold hands and feet frequently occur among the mercury toxic and most of the books on mercury poisoning from dental fillings mention it among the symptoms. It has to do with the mercury interfering with the bloods ability to supply adequate oxygen to the body...vital organs get priority, so hands, feet, ears, nose, etc get left out if not enough to go around! S -------------------------------------------------------------- Hi My son has cold hands alot . Even today with a winter coat on and it was warm. ( I had a sweat shirt on). His hands were still cold. ( I was just wondering how many parents who are seeing mercury or those that have mercury problems notice this? I know there are probably lots of other things it could be cause I have cold hands too. It is just one of those things I notice frequently . kelly P.S. Cold hands / Warm heart....... *** [This message has been truncated.]

The best you can do is to exercise the hands. In my case I've experienced this since my adolescence, and my friends aways ask me I " was alive " ... > continuous use. Does anyone else have this minor but an noying problem Yes. Perhaps it is a sympton of " induced hipothyroidism " . > BTW, my weight is down from 160 last May to around 145 lbs now. Some Be sure don't go below 122. 122 is the minimum IMO. __________________________________________________________________________ Encontre sempre uma linha desocupada com o Discador BOL! http://sac.bol.com.br/discador.html Ainda não tem AcessoBOL? Guest guest
Hi, typically, having cold hands are a part of the picture. A few of us got together in Portland, Oregon a few years ago, and cold hands and gloves were part of the discussion. As I sit here typing, although I am not thin, my hands are like ice. Before cron, I was never cold, except during really cold weather. Welcome to cold-hand cronydom. And, yes, it even effects ob/obs. Burning calories to heat your body seems like an unCRON activity. > Any remedies other than turning up the heat? Guest guest
I'm cold when I lie down, later in the night my feet and hands warm up. Don't know if it's the yeast beast or something else. Guest guest
Energy blockages. To unblock, use breathing exercises (the kind that create an unbroken circuit of deep breathing) or reflexology (foot massage).
