There's a discussion of cereals on pp 265-266 in which he mentions the best/most nutritious cereals. Guest guest Posted November 8, 2002 Report Share Posted November 8, 2002 I don't eat a lot of wheat cereal- fiber one has the most fiber (14gm) per 30 gm serving and I pick stuff based on low sodium content. Basically I just eat it for fiber - nothing else, although it does have Ca, Mg, K, Zn, Fe, - not sure if those are absorbable. BTW, on ice cream it tastes like the ice cream cone.
