Guest guest
Hi Francesca, Sounds like the title to a new country song. he says: "By ignoring the science and distorting the historical record, this book may fuel arguments and raise eyebrows, but it will do little to expose the real causes or solutions to this frightening epidemic." (obesity) So does his review. Look at: http://www3.who.int/whosis/links/diseases_links.cfm?path=whosis,diseases_links & language=english#6 and show me where the U.S. is the worst or near the worst, in any disease category. I admit we can do ,more to educate the children to eat better and control weight but it sure won't start in the football arena. Regards. ----- Original Message ----- From: Francesca Skelton support group Sent: Sunday, February 23, 2003 10:57 AM Subject: [ ] The Heavy Set 'Fat Land: How AmericansHow Americans Became the Fattest People in the World Book review:http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A38044-2003Feb20.html
