Guest guest
Thanks Warren, Although someone else had mentioned the " zone diet " I didn't realize it had any real connection to CR. I've never read any of these books, so I guess I will. I also need to get a glycemic index, as has already suggested. I've never paid attention to that, either. It's encouraging to hear you present CR as so " easy " and infallible (even for an out of control diabetic) -- and especially that you aren't even hungry. All of those are surprises. P.S. I *KNOW* I've read that sprouts are actually not too healthy, as they supposedly contain all sorts of toxins which are, apparently, meant to discourage other animals from eating them. Guest guest
I don't know about healthy, but I do know sprouts give me the runs if I don't cook them. Especially bean sprouts. I stick with fresh produce. Regards. ----- Original Message ----- From: s_rudek <s_rudek@...> Sent: Wednesday, January 22, 2003 11:52 PM Subject: [ ] Re: A Good CR Diet Also Defeats Diabetes [Was -- CR and Diabetes] Thanks Warren,Although someone else had mentioned the "zone diet" I didn't realize it had any real connection to CR.
