Guest guest Posted January 23, 2003 Report Share Posted January 23, 2003 As long as you are eating plenty of friuts, vegetables, whole grains, beans, seeds, and nuts, all you really need as a man is a good multivitamin supplement, B-12 if you are vegetarian, and 3-4 grams of essential fatty acids. I am not aware of anything that prevents glycolization other than abstinence! aAlways cook in the presence of water and you will have no worries.
