"Health Call to Cut "Super" Chocolate Bars by 20 per cent""Ice creams, chocolate bars and other snack foods should be smaller to help combat obesity and heart disease, a leading nutritionist has said. Dr Malcolm Law told a Royal Society of Medicine conference in London that research showed people tended to finish the food on their plates, no matter how much was served. Ministers should therefore force food companies to reduce the size of their "bumper portions." Making chocolate bars and other processed foods 20 per cent smaller could stem the tide of coronary disease."

As usual they're pointing their fingers at the wrong culprit... we are served bigger portions because we reward the companies that serve them to us..... the only hope for affecting human nature is education and awareness. To quote Pogo... " I have met the enemy and he is us...."

I use hershey's baking chocolate when I need a fix.
