Guest guest
The thing about oxidants is that they are big time scavengers of viruses in the blood. Dr Proctor wrote a book describing the action of oxidants on blood lipids to create oxidized fat that is associated with atherosclerosis. When I asked him about the viruses, he said he was only describing the process. I get the RDA's but I don't believe I need to do high doses. Proctor often emails on groups - search google.com. Do we have to eat them everyday in a regular basis before the free radicasl make damage or antioxidants may work in from a healing perspective and repair cells what have been damage by free radicals. Thanks Pedro
