Guest guest
Hello. I just joined CRON. I am starting now to restict caloric intake. I have the healthy food down, but I eat too much. I will gather some diet plans from Dr. Walford's site. Yes, I need support from all of you. Yes, I want to do what is right and shine for others in turn to do what is right to take care of themselves and in this be able to do so much more. Common sense will tell you that you need to feed yourself with wholesome, nutrient-dense foods to supply the right material to replicate healthy new cells. I have been somewhat alone in this stance from the people around me. It is hard to stay pure, but pure I must. In the Bible, did not eat the king's rich food, nor did he eat banquet portions. He and his two friends were the healthiest ones there. I know I need to eat much less than I do. I have been blessed with a slow metabolism. Unfortunately, I abuse it way too often. I need to gain that emotional intelligence that author, Goleman speaks about in his book and in various places in the Bible. Question: Do I need to take any supplements if I eat a nutritionally dense diet, exercise regularly, and have no known ailments? Kind regards,
