Guest guest
Joy, I had the very same problem. I was severely constipated and almost quit taking the Primal Defense because of it but was advised to try sticking it out. I've been on Primal Defense 2 months now and the problem appears to have cleared up. - > From: " jcs12667 " <jcs12667@...> >Subject: Primal Defense and constipation?????? > >I have started taking Primal Defense and have been constipated. Guest guest
Not everyone gets constipated on PD. I didn't. Perhaps those who do get constipated are already having problems in that area?
Guest guest
Ahh...good thought. Not everyone gets constipated on PD. I didn't. Perhaps those who do get constipated are already having problems in that area? " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within. " -Kubler Ross " Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
