Primal Defense and constipation

Joy, I had the very same problem. I was severely constipated and almost quit

taking the Primal Defense because of it but was advised to try sticking it out.

I've been on Primal Defense 2 months now and the problem appears to have

cleared up.

Not everyone gets constipated on PD. I didn't. Perhaps those who do get

constipated are already having problems in that area?
