Guest guest Posted April 30, 2001 Report Share Posted April 30, 2001 If you have never tried rabbit, you may be in for a surpise... it is tender and delicious and, of course, it TASTES LIKE CHICKEN! haha My granny raised them on her farm, and we often had rabbit for dinner. It is very delicate in taste, and extremely low in fat. It is good as an alternative to red meats, as rabbit meat is all white. Do not overcook, or it will be dry and stringy.
